Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing mental health support and counseling services to diverse populations.
Duties:
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plan reviews tailored to each client's needs
- Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or Therapist is a plus
- Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, individuals with autism, and groups
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines for mental health professionals
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Experience in behavior analysis is desirable
