Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment.
- Managing time effectively during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or strong coffee experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math.
- Experience in the food industry or café setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
