HomeStar Remodeling is seeking a high potential Operations Administrator. Due to the high demand of our green products, we are looking to hire outgoing, money motivated, career oriented individuals. The position offers an excellent base salary and bonus structure with the ability to make $60,000-$80,000
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining customer relations and performing a variety of operations related tasks, including but not limited to, answering phones, handling installs, speaking with installers and customers, and callback reports.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinates and monitor office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of special projects as needed
- Monitor office procedures and resolve issues
- Answering phones and following up with customers and installers
- Updating office staff of any issues, delays or add-ons
- Following and writing procedures for PII’s, installs, job site visits and services
- Handling of material ETA list and in house list
- Provide clerical support to supervisors and director
- Schedule appointments and office meetings as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Day of install - Managing the 5-star experience (Install)
- Contacting Customer and Installers to Schedule Projects
- Gathering Intel and creating Install Packets & Service Packets for Installers
- Following procedures for scheduling, PII’s, Installs, and Jobsite Visits
- Communicating with all crew foreman (Introduction, customer interactions, final walk-a-round), staff, and customers ensuring every project is running smoothly
- Updating office staff of any delays, issues, or add ons
- Misc tasks assigned by Operation Director and Owners
Your qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Organization Skills
- Able to multitask proficiently
- Goal Oriented
- Must have industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of post secondary education
- Minimum 2 years of operations/administrative related experience
