Homespring is growing has entry level, property management Leasing Consultant opportunities available in Midland, Texas!

Job Duties:
Completes all actions associated with the leasing of apartment community homes to prospective residents including:
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office
- Present community amenities, unit availability options, execute leasing contracts, and give property tours to prospective tenants
- Communicate resident concerns to the Community Director and maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Director
- Completes ongoing industry training
Minimum Requirements:
- 6 months customer service experience
- Team player with positive attitude
- Goal oriented and solution focused
- High School or GED required
- Bilingual skills are a plus! (Spanish)
