We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive the success of our manufacturer direct rebate program, AllTrack. This is a hybrid role working in our Broomfield office.
What you'll do:
In this role, you will manage the existing direct rebate business for HomeSphere to ensure a positive and productive program for all parties. You will be the point of contact and champion for our largest accounts and support the customer regarding product questions, implementation and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact between the customer and HomeSphere for all Direct Rebate Management business:
- Organize and manage the onboarding process with new customers
- Coordinate and conduct online demonstrations of the AllTrack software for customers once they contract with HomeSphere
- Outline data requirements to complete a successful submission process and work with customers to help put data together if needed
- Maintain data integrity in AllTrack software for customers
- Own customer support for AllTrack customers
- Participate in marketing meetings and new partner implementation
- Conduct program overview and training presentations both in person and online.
- Represent our company with the sales team at trade association events to promote service offering
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition
- Serve as a conduit of customer feedback to HomeSphere’s product management team, representing ‘Voice of Customer’ for prospects
- Travel occasionally as required
What We're Looking For:
- More than 3 years of experience in an account management or sales support role, preferably in the construction or building products industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Demonstrated experience with CRMs systems, particularly Salesforce
- Experience with Procore highly desirable
- Project management experience desirable
- Experience with detailed sales contracts helpful
- Proficiency in picking up new software and apps

This position has a base salary and variable compensation components with an estimated first year earning potential of $90,000 - $110,000.
