Responsibilities
Inspect previous installations and identify any issues
Recommend products/services to resolve or improve home problems
Complete follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
Perform required paperwork and data entry
Report installation or product issues to the Service Manager
Meet monthly performance goals
Requirements
Sales or construction experience required
Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, crawl, and enter tight spaces
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Basic computer skills (training provided)
