Service Technician

HomeSpec Waterproofing & Foundation Repair has been helping homeowners protect their homes for over 30 years. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Technician who enjoys solving problems, working hands-on, and helping customers find the right solutions for their homes.

If you have experience in sales or construction, communicate well with customers, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd love to hear from you. We'll provide paid training to help you learn our products, services, and processes. The schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekends on call; weekend availability is required.

• $20–$22 per hour plus commission, based on experience

• Inspect previous installations to ensure they are performing properly and identify any issues.

• Evaluate homeowners' concerns and recommend appropriate products or services to address their needs.

• Explain findings and solutions clearly so customers can make informed decisions.

• Complete customer follow-ups and help ensure a positive service experience.

• Accurately complete service paperwork, reports, and basic computer data entry.

• Communicate installation concerns, product issues, and service needs to the Service Manager.

• Work toward monthly performance goals while maintaining high standards of customer service and workmanship.

• Previous construction experience is required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A dependable, self-motivated approach with attention to detail.

• Ability to identify problems, explain solutions, and follow through with customers.

• Basic computer skills; training will be provided on company systems.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
