Responsibilities
- Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
- Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
- Ensure the client signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins.
- Complete the services with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Install and test new equipment.
- Provide preventive equipment maintenance.
- Provide technical training on new equipment installations.
- Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
- Complete job reports.
- Provide the type of customer service that would achieve a 5-star review.
