Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full Time Field Technician to join our team. This role involves performing on-site maintenance, such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, window washing, and more. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and has excellent problem-solving skills. Training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Have good customer service
• Assist Lead Field Technician with completing services.
• Attention to detail.
• Conduct routine property maintenance onsite.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Assist in maintaining equipment stock in the company vehicle.
• Assist in generating post-job customer reports using a mobile tablet.
• Be willing to work efficiently as a team.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Property Maintenance experience
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
