Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned and new customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize sales processes.
- Direct the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform market research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions that are aligned with clients' needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and effective product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches, ensuring the sales team is well-informed and equipped for success.
- Must be willing to cold call, email, and meet propects
