Role Description
HomeSide Rehab is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide pediatric homecare therapy services in multiple locations across Florida, including Jacksonville, Estero, and Boca Raton.
In this role, therapists will:
- Conduct patient evaluations and assist in developing individualized treatment plans
- Provide pediatric-focused physical therapy services in the home setting
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team and communicate with caregivers and office staff
This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with patients one-on-one in their home environment.
Qualifications
- Active Florida PT or PTA License (Required)
- Experience in Pediatrics, Home Health, Outpatient, or SNF preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a homecare setting
- Passion for helping pediatric patients achieve their developmental and functional goals
