Job Summary:
Visiting Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, LPC) to join our growing behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in their homes throughout New Jeresy.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents, including psychosocial history, symptoms, and strengths
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and evidence-based practices
Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including social workers and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities
Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice
Job Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution
Active New Jeresy State LMHC, LCSW, or LPC license in good standing — required
Experience providing therapy services to children and adolescents — required
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and families
Ability to work independently in a home health environment
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing direct therapy services preferred

Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours; day and evening availability available Monday through Friday, with weekend opportunities as needed
