You must have experience taking a residential transaction from start to finish.

You should have experience managing a title company, including compliance, accounting, and maintaining underwriter relationships. This experience is preferred, but not required.

You may bring existing title business and referral relationships, which will initially result in increased bonus compensation. Over time, as priorities shift, bonuses may be tied to different performance targets.

You must be willing to embrace new technologies and challenge the status quo. You will help Homeshake implement new title and closing processes and standards intended to deliver a five-star customer experience.
