The Vice President of Business Initiatives plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO by coordinating special projects that drive company-wide benefits. This position is responsible for overseeing the Marketing, Facilities, and Relocation and Training departments, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment. Additionally, the VP of Business Initiatives collaborates closely with Regional Managers and occasionally Branch Managers to foster synergy and achieve organizational goals.

- Develop strategic and operational plans for control, management, and improvement of the company’s growth capabilities and for ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Investigate, create and negotiate business opportunities in consultation with the CEO, and in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
- Appraise and interpret the effect of internal and external market data, economic factors and other external factors on the business.
- Publish a continuing series of reports designed for senior management, branch managers, agents and clients evaluating strategies to respond to key market indicators.
- Establish effective means of acquiring, tracking and managing company-generated leads to ensure the highest level of client experience and the greatest opportunity to understand and respond to client’s changing needs.
- Recommend operational changes in organization as required by the development and growth of the business.
- Perform administrative activities necessary for effective management, selection and development of management leadership resources.
- Work cooperatively across disciplines within the company to ensure that the web presence and web-deployed technologies support the company’s brand strategies, client experience, data gathering needs and profit goals.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience:
- Senior real estate or related management experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Moderate/high level of software and business computer application proficiency including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the company’s proprietary systems for lead management.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the principles, procedures and best practices related to this position and function.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Wage: $165,000 - $180,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan/annual discretionary bonus, based on financial results.
