Position Overview:
The Scrum Master will guide cross-functional teams in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Agile Transformation: Lead the agile transformation Pod initiatives, ensuring alignment with program/business objectives and overall technical landscape.
- Program Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of agile projects, ensuring that outputs align with program and portfolio goals. Ensuring team’s work activity is captured in Jira.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of relentless improvement, implementing feedback loops and process enhancements.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize risks and challenges, developing strategies for mitigating these risks effectively.
- Metrics and Reporting: Utilize metrics and data-driven improvement techniques to track progress and drive continuous improvement. Ensure required dashboards are populated, accurate, and current.

Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile project management or a related field. Strong background using Project/Work Management application: Jira/Confluence.
- Certifications: Advanced CSM, PSM II, or ICAgile Agile Coach certifications preferred.
- Skills: Strong facilitation, strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and organizational coaching skills. Proficiency in agile tools; Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to work independently
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
- Travel 10%, as needed

Salary Range: $98,683.60 - $131,578.13
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
