Duties
- Lead and coordinate daily operations of the Christian Learning Center, ensuring smooth and effective program delivery
- Supervise teaching staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum aligned with educational standards and Christian principles
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes spiritual growth and academic excellence
- Mentor teachers on staff to empower individualized instruction for students
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, enrollment, and record keeping
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and community partners to enhance program outreach and engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and center policies
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to support program needs
- Partner with homeschool families to support them on their academic journey
Skills
- Higher education teaching experience with a background in education administration preferred
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
