- Passionate about coffee with an insatiable desire to learn
- Team player, optimistic, empathetic, can work through conflict constructively
- Be a communication channel to Back of House team and cafe staff to facilitate seamless service while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the coffee conversation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects
- Flexibly work different roles in the cafe, including drive thru, register, and runner; while learning the Barista role.
- Part-Time role, approx. 18-24 hrs/week, 3-5 shifts/week
