Grow with Homes for Independent Living providing care for clients that need support in a home setting, 1-5 clients in a home.
Assist clients with daily tasks, chaperone fun events and other activities. Use your organizational, communication and customer service skills. Training is provided, apply today!

Walk In interviews are available on Wednesdays, from 10AM-1PM at 815 s 24TH Ave Wausau, WI
Responsibilities:
- Assure the health, safety, and well-being of all clients
- Administer positive behavioral redirection and encourage self-coping mechanisms
- Assist with daily living activities as needed based on care plans
- Assist with food preparation and cleaning as needed
- Assist client with personal cares as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, guardians, and staff
- Complete daily logs and report inconsistencies

- This is an hourly position, pay is $14.00-17.00 per hour based on experience, location and shift. Full-time and part-time hours available.

Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Compassion for client care and wellbeing
- Ability to prioritize multiple duties and responsibilities
- Driver’s license with 3 years of clean driving record (preferred not required)
- Background check
