Regional Manager of Resident Services

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD, for a Regional Manager of Resident Services. The Regional Manager will oversee the implementation and management of service programs across multiple affordable housing communities. Responsibilities include staff supervision, program planning and evaluation, developing community partnerships, and ensuring services are aligned with HFA’s mission of resident success. The Regional Manager will also handle reporting, compliance, and budgeting for resident service initiatives while fostering a positive and inclusive community environment.

• Proven experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Strong skills in staff supervision and leadership, with experience managing diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build community partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of affordable housing or nonprofit sectors, including regulatory compliance and service-enriched housing frameworks.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in tools and technology relevant to program management and reporting.
• Experience in community development, social services, or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, community development, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
