We are seeking a friendly and organized service coordinator to join our team. This position involves the coordination of the delivery, setup, of manufactured homes, working with contractors and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- *Scheduling of delivery, setup, interior finish, flooring, cleaning and walkthroughs.
- *Scheduling service and coordination with homeowners, business partners and vendors
- by phone and email.
- *Billing back manufacture for service and warranty work.
- *Submitting vendor and contractor invoices to accounts payable for payment.
- *Working with the general manager and housing consultants.
- *Additional responsibilities explained during interview.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Construction knowledge required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in service coordination is a plus
- Passion for working in a culturally diverse environment
Starting at $18.00 per hour plus overrides.
