Duties
- Engage with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs, preferences, and financial goals, providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, local Home developments, and competitive offerings
- Present and demonstrate available Options effectively, highlighting features that align with client desires and budget considerations
- Negotiate offers and terms confidently, ensuring fair and advantageous agreements for both clients and the company
- Manage Factory transactions from initial inquiry through deal closing, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and legal professionals to ensure smooth progress
- Build strong client rapport through excellent communication skills, active listening, and consistent follow-up to foster trust and satisfaction
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems supported by technical tools to track leads, appointments, and sales activities efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales with a focus on new home sales preferred
