Position Overview
As a New Home Construction Project Manager, you will be the driving force on the job site, ensuring our custom homes are built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will manage the entire on-site construction process from breaking ground to handing over the keys to excited new homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Schedule Management: Oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring milestones are met and construction stays on schedule.
- Labor & Material Management: Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct rigorous contractor inspections to ensure all work meets HBJD Corporation's strict standards for structural integrity, energy efficiency, and design excellence.
- The Punch Out Process: Manage the final punch list, meticulously checking every detail to deliver a flawless, move-in-ready home.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with clients, designers, and the leadership team to provide updates and resolve any on-site challenges effectively.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations.
