POSITION SUMMARY: Homes by Dickerson is looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Technology Manager to own, optimize, and scale our digital ecosystem. This role requires a meticulous professional who takes pride in accuracy, combining technical marketing expertise with a deep understanding of website infrastructure, search visibility, and CRM systems. The Manager will work closely with internal teams, developers, and vendors to bridge the gap between marketing and technology, ensuring seamless data flows, robust API connections, and top-tier digital performance. This position demands proficiency in technical SEO/AEO strategies, platform integrations, and an ability to adapt digital tools to meet evolving business needs. Through a collaborative approach, the Manager will help ensure that every digital touchpoint is thoroughly optimized and executed, contributing to the Homes by Dickerson standard of quality and client satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage ongoing SEO strategy, technical SEO, website performance, rankings, indexing, and overall search visibility.
- Manage AEO strategy, schema markup, metadata, redirects, URLs, and site structure to optimize the website for AI-driven search.
- Manage and maintain the company website, including functionality, updates, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user experience improvements.
- Manage HubSpot CRM integrations, support day-to-day operations, and implement new CRM functionality and marketing automation.
- Manage API connections, integrations, and secure data flow between the website, CRM, marketing, sales, and third-party platforms.
- Manage the company’s GoDaddy account, including domains, registrations, renewals, DNS settings, subdomains, SSL certificates, and website connections.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and Apple Business Connect/Apple Maps listings, maintaining accurate community, model home, office, and business information across platforms.
- Coordinate digital projects and manage relationships with internal teams, developers, agencies, and technology vendors.
- Serve as the primary point person for website, CRM, integration, and marketing technology troubleshooting.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new digital tools, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies to future-proof the tech stack.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years minimum experience managing corporate websites, technical SEO, and marketing technology stacks.
- Deep familiarity with website CMS platforms, HubSpot CRM administration, DNS management, and API integrations.
