We’re looking for someone hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to thrive alongside a top-producing team. If you're the kind of person who knows success is easier (and faster) when you're surrounded by the right people — this is your shot. You’ll earn more in my presence than you ever would in my absence. That’s not a promise, it’s a pattern.
This role is perfect for someone who has completed the Coaching by Cusi training and graduated from the PLACE New Agent Launch. Now it’s time to take those skills and put them into action.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with a sales agent to help clients find their dream home
- Providing clear, written feedback to help refine buyer search criteria
- Writing and negotiating offers that win — for both the agent and the client
- Generating leads at least 10 hours per week (yes, we’ll show you how!)
- Practicing scripts weekly to stay sharp and confident
- Participating in team events and trainings that make work feel like family
- Committing to weekly 1:1 coaching, team training, and our powerful Partner Call
- Logging your progress in PLACE Technology to stay focused and aligned
