Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
  • Handle scheduling tasks such as checking in guests and making reservations for upcoming stays.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and correspondence.
  • Support clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Assist with daily responsibilities and basic office management duties to streamline operations.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency.

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred; experience in Hilton properties is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in PEP and data entry tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs..
