Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Floor Manager based in Oakland, CA. The Restaurant Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service. Key tasks include supervising the dining area, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring consistent food and beverage quality. The goal is to create an exceptional dining experience for every guest while leading and motivating the team.
Qualifications
