Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Detail Department, supervising and training detailing staff.
- Perform detailed cleaning and cosmetic reconditioning of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Inspect vehicles for quality and ensure they meet dealership standards before delivery.
- Assign daily tasks and manage workflow to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace in a clean and organized manner.
- Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to prioritize vehicle readiness.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain compliance with dealership procedures.
- Proven experience in automotive detailing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to train and motivate a team effectively.
- Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
