What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Install Helper position at Homer Home Service, LLC?
We are seeking a Residential HVAC Install Helper to add to our team. Our service area covers Palm Bay to Jupiter.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the customer may have during installation.
- Properly connect equipment.
- Responsible for a company work vehicle, parts inventory, and equipment assigned to company work vehicle. The installer has complete responsibility for vehicle.
- Performs all work to industry standards and always maintains a professional manner and appearance.
- Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives as related to building operations and practices safe work habits.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with associates.
Commission/Bonus Opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: Pierce rate pay (Equates to $20.00 - $40.00 per hour)

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port St. Lucie, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Able to pass a background, MVR and drug screen
- Owns tools needed to complete install projects
- Able to train and develop install apprentices
- Up to date on FL state code
- Great communication skills
License/Certification:
- EPA Type II (Required)
