What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Service Advisor / Automotive Sales position at Homer Ave Automotive?
Established automotive repair shop with a growing dealership is looking for a high-level Service Advisor who can also handle internet leads and vehicle sales. This is NOT an entry-level position.
We are looking for someone who can take control of the front end, keep workflow moving, sell work properly, and help grow the business.
Responsibilities:
- Write repair orders, quote jobs, and sell needed repairs
- Order parts and manage jobs from start to finish
- Handle all customer communication (phone, text, and in-person)
- Manage scheduling and daily shop workflow
- Work internet leads and assist with vehicle sales
- Complete paperwork and coordinate vehicle deliveries
- Keep the front office organized, efficient, and profitable
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Prior Service Advisor and/or dealership experience
- Strong understanding of automotive repair and parts ordering
- Proven ability to sell work and close repair tickets
- Comfortable with computers, shop software, and internet leads
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Self-sufficient and able to run the front end without constant supervision
- Reliable, professional, and motivated
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Compensation:
Pay based on experience
