Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with builders, ensuring seamless communication and support for HomePro products and services
• Coordinate installations, scheduling, and follow-ups with builders and HomePro's technical team
• Assist in the development and implementation of builder support strategies to enhance cooperation and efficiency
• Provide timely and effective solutions to builders’ concerns and queries relating to HomePro systems
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create materials and presentations for builder-related activities
• Stay informed about industry trends, builder needs, and home automation technology advancements
• Participate in builder showcases, events, and networking meetings to represent HomePro and its interests
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Customer-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in coordination roles, preferably within the home technology or construction sectors
• Organizational prowess and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a passion for technology and innovation in the home services industry
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or related field
• Self-motivated, team player with a dedication to excellence
  
  

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience working closely with builders or contractors
• Familiarity with home automation and smart home technologies
