- Follow up with new leads and convert opportunities into appointments
- Guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process
- Host open houses and promote listings
- Provide expert insight on local market conditions
- Build lasting relationships with clients and referral partners
- Grow your personal business while working within a supportive team environment
- Licensed California Real Estate Agent
- Motivated professional treating real estate as a full-time career
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
- Team-oriented individual who values collaboration
- Comfortable using technology and CRM tools
- Sales experience is helpful, but mindset and work ethic matter most
