As a Property Manager specializing in single-family housing, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the overall success of our residential portfolio. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally
- Conduct lease negotiations

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Utilize AppFolio software for property management tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
Qualifications:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent
- Experience in property management, leasing, and negotiation
- Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant issues effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with AppFolio is a plus
