What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Custodian position at Homeowners Association of Highland Lakes?
SUMMARY
This position is accountable for performing daily janitorial duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following;
Ensuring the Association grounds, buildings, and recreational areas are free of debris, hazards and should be safe, clean, and attractive.
Review daily set up a schedule and break down rooms as required.
Locking up and putting away vehicles at the end of the shift.
Ensuring buildings are secure at the end of the night, setting alarms, and locking doors.
Answer radio calls and assist residents as needed.
Replenishes bathroom supplies as necessary.
Performs exterior building cleaning and minor repairs, as assigned.
Carries out any and all other tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs and able to remain on feet for extended periods of time.
