Job Overview
We have a large residential property that needs daily landscape maintenance.
Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor areas pristine.
- Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine landscape inspections to identify plant health issues, pests, or disease; apply pesticides or fertilizers following safety protocols when necessary.
- Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety.
Skills
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, planting, and hardscape installation.
- Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pest management techniques.
- Previous outdoor work experience demonstrating reliability and physical stamina for physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward landscape care and maintenance responsibilities.
