Operations Coordinator – HOA Elections
We are a specialized company that manages homeowner association (HOA) elections throughout California. Our work helps ensure elections are conducted fairly, accurately, and in compliance with state law.
We are looking for a dependable Operations Coordinator who wants to become a key part of a small but growing business. This role supports all aspects of our election operations from the creation of the election materials all the way through the tabulation of results.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for HOA elections
- Prepare ballot packages and election materials
- Assist with ballot processing and election counts
- Communicate with HOA boards, managers, and candidates
- Maintain records and workflows in our CRM system
- Help manage temporary staff during ballot counting events
- Attend evening or weekend election meetings as needed
Schedule
- 30–40 hours per week
- Some evening HOA meetings and occasional weekend elections
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Highly reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or office operations
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
Compensation
- $28–$32 per hour depending on experience
