We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Representative to join our Customer Service team. This role requires a blend of data management skills, customer service excellence, and product knowledge to ensure accurate order entry and efficient support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders, invoices, and other related data into our system.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- Assist customers with questions related to cabinetry products, ensuring they have all the information needed for their purchase decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly.
- Conduct basic research on product details and specifications as needed to answer customer questions and improve service accuracy.
- Follow up on orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring customers are informed of any updates or changes.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying data entry or service processes that can be optimized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the cabinetry, construction, or home improvement industries.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and data entry applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
