The Maintenance Manager – Facilities Infrastructure will be crucial in supporting our continued success by managing projects within our state-of-the-art plant, R&D facility, and warehouse. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee multiple initiatives. Your strong project management skills will ensure successful execution and timely completion of projects, contributing to HMF's ongoing growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage all aspects of facilities project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during the course of a project.
- Oversee the procurement process for equipment, materials, and services needed for facility projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing timely updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Evaluate project outcomes, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements for future projects.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of wastewater, ammonia, steam, electricity, compressed air, gas utilities
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD required.
- Experience in contractor management required.
- Knowledge of MS Project preferred.
