What are the responsibilities and job description for the Escrow Processor - Resale position at HomeLight?
As a processor on our Escrow team, you will take ownership of:
- Assisting our clients with a positive, knowledgeable, can-do attitude
- Answering questions for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, transaction coordinators and lenders, to ensure an easy and successful experience
- Processing resale files for closing
- Getting payoff statements
- Clearing title
- Post-closing files
- Performing general support tasks as part of a high-energy team
Resale processing experience is required, and experience with Qualia is a plus. We will also consider candidates with real estate transaction coordination experience.
You will join a high-energy team who delivers white glove service to top real estate agents in the metro area.
