Role Description
We are seeking an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant for a full-time on-site role, based in Blacksburg, VA. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support the operational needs of the office. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing clerical duties, providing executive administrative support, and maintaining records and documentation. This role will interface with clients, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient office operations and a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including planning, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
