Responsibilities
ERP Platform Architecture
- Design and develop next-generation ERP platform architecture
- Establish scalable integration patterns across ERP products and business domains
- Create reusable platform services supporting future product modernization initiatives
- Build enterprise-grade API gateway infrastructure
- Design and implement monitoring, observability, and integration frameworks
- Define canonical data contracts and integration standards
- Design asynchronous processing workflows supporting ERP operations
- Build publish/subscribe architectures and event-driven integrations
- Develop scalable messaging frameworks supporting enterprise transactions
- Create integration services connecting multiple ERP applications and shared services
- Support hybrid cloud and on-premise integration strategies
- Design and develop enterprise applications using:
- C#
- NET / NET Core
- ASPNET
- SQL Server
- REST APIs
- Implement scalable architecture patterns including:
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Dependency Injection
- Repository Pattern
- Event-Based Messaging
- Build reusable application frameworks and shared platform components
- Design and support AWS-based platform services
- Work with technologies including:
- API Gateway
- EventBridge
- Lambda

- Build secure and scalable cloud-native integrations
- Support platform reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and workflows
- Contribute to modernization initiatives utilizing agentic AI frameworks
- Help establish engineering processes that accelerate modernization efforts while maintaining software quality and platform stability
- Partner with engineering leadership to evaluate and implement emerging AI-driven development capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8 years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, REST APIs, and enterprise application development
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale platform architectures and scalable distributed systems
- Experience building API gateways, integration frameworks, and service-oriented architectures
- Experience with event-driven systems, asynchronous processing, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Experience working within AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments
- Experience designing AI-enabled engineering workflows that accelerate software development, integration, testing, validation, and modernization initiatives
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into software development lifecycles and leveraging AI to improve software analysis, documentation, testing, migration, and development productivity
- Experience building reusable automation frameworks that improve engineering efficiency and scalability across teams
- Strong software architecture, system design, problem-solving, and technical leadership capabilities
- Ability to work independently and lead highly visible technical initiative
- Experience with ERP, financial, payroll, or other highly transactional enterprise systems, preferred
- Experience designing publish/subscribe architectures and event-driven integration platforms, preferred
- AWS experience with API Gateway, EventBridge, Lambda, and SQS, preferred
- Experience with React and TypeScript, preferred
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted software development tools, agentic AI workflows, and orchestration frameworks, preferred
