Job summary
Maintain our ISO 9001:2015 Certification by performing a variety of quality related functions and actions.
Responsibilities/daily tasks
· Maintain the QMS and our ISO 9001:2015 Certification by developing the Internal Audit Plan and ensuring that audits are completed in a timely manner while tracking any corrective actions to completion.
· Lead registrar audits.
· Lead Management Reviews and prepare pre and post reports.
· Participate in new supplier evaluations.
· Implement data collection, at key process locations, with a focus on downtime reduction and improved quality.
· Analyze data, using a variety of statistical techniques, to identify root causes for machine downtime and ways to further improve process quality.
· Prepare and track to completion, Corrective Action Request for non-conforming material from suppliers.
· Maintain Training Matrix, Calibration Program, and all necessary record retention in support of our QMS.
· Write procedures as directed by the President
· Contribute to Work Instruction Creation, Review and Improvement
· Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications: A four-year degree, or equivalent job experience, in quality engineering in related manufacturing field, basic understanding of electronics manufacturing and electronic components, ISO 9001:2015 competence, 10 years management experience, strong internet search capabilities, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Explorer, good Judgment and Decision Making, and strong investigate skills as well as very strong writing skills.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
