HomeInherit Capital is a Private Equity firm that helps seniors unlock real estate equity without debt or moving.
We buy the future ownership of their home at a discount; seniors keep a guaranteed lifetime right to live there.
What you’ll do (3-month sprint)
- Target cities/counties with senior housing stress.
- Reach out to mayors’ offices, housing, and aging agencies.
- Book meetings and explore good-fit pilots / special programs using our model.
Clear metrics to continue:
- Minimum 10 qualified meetings booked per month (30 over 3 months) to be considered for extension or full-time Public Partnerships role.
- We care about quality of conversations and potential for pilots, not just raw volume.
- We test to hire. Can’t know how you work otherwise.
You
- Experience in government, housing, policy, or public-private partnerships.
- Comfortable contacting local officials and driving from intro → meeting → next steps.
- Strong, simple communicator; care about seniors staying in their homes.
