Position SummaryThe PRN RN will conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new clients, develop care plans, and provide clinical oversight to ensure safe and compliant service delivery. ResponsibilitiesConduct initial in-home client assessmentsEvaluate physical, cognitive, and psychosocial statusDevelop individualized care plansReview medications and identify safety concernsEnsure compliance with Maryland home care regulationsProvide supervisory visits as requiredComplete documentation accurately and timelyCommunicate effectively with families and agency leadership QualificationsActive Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingMinimum 1 year of nursing experienceHome health or community-based experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and documentation skillsReliable transportation and valid driver’s license SchedulePRN / As NeededFlexible scheduling CompensationCompetitive per-assessment rate
