Homegrown is an Arboricultural Association Utility Approved contractor specialising in Vegetation Management, Arboriculture, Fencing & Ecology working in Rail, Highway, Utilities & Construction sectors.
The company provides these services across the UK, however this opportunity is based primarily in the York / Leeds / Doncaster area and in the rail sector.
About The Job
Due to increased orders from new and existing clients, we are currently looking for Site Supervisors for a variety of arboriculture / vegetation management activity works in the York / Leeds / Doncaster area.
You will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to lead a team. Having a passion and taking pride in your work and have a good understanding of current industry best practices.
Competitive rates of pay offered dependent upon qualifications and experience. You will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays.
This is a full time position working a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. There are further opportunities for additional shifts at the weekend / working away from home on an ad-hoc basis.
Essential Criteria
NPTC certification and experience in - CS30 and CS31.
Minimum of 3 years experience in arboriculture / vegetation management.
Full driving licence
Desirable Criteria
NPTC – CS38 and CS39, MEWP, woodchipper
