About HomeGrown Pediatric Therapies
At HGPT, we believe in giving therapists the freedom to do what they do best — help children thrive. We provide in-home and community-based pediatric occupational therapy for children of all ages across the Charleston area. Our mission is simple: empower therapists to provide exceptional care, feel valued, and live well.
Your Role
- Evaluate and treat children in home and community settings
- Create and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation (evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, LMNs, equipment documentation, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with families and coordinate care with them directly
- Collaborate occasionally with physicians, orthotists, early interventionists, and DME providers to support optimal outcomes
