Key Front-of-House Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and warm guest interactions from entrance to exit
- Guide the flow of the dining room to optimize service and experience
- Maintain inviting visual presentation throughout the café
- Handle POS transactions and takeout packaging with precision
- Collaborate across departments to maintain seamless service
- Prepare for shift changes and assist in closing duties with professionalism
- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards consistently
- A friendly, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles (a plus)
- Comfort with multitasking and team-based operations
- A deep appreciation for sweet experiences and genuine hospitality
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Hourly rate: $20-$24 per hour. Salary negiotable
