- Retail Sales and Communication skills to support add-on sales, explain product features, and interact clearly with customers and team members.
- Product Knowledge across home décor categories, with the ability to learn and share information about furnishings, bedding, kitchenware, and seasonal items.
- Previous retail, key carrier, or supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move merchandise for extended periods, and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following store procedures related to cash handling, safety, and security.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
