Duties
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations
- Oversee guest relations to guarantee satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and promote positive reviews
- Manage hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and revenue management techniques
- Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team
- Oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, check-in/check-out procedures, and night audit processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies while maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff
- Monitor hotel budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial goals
- Foster a hospitality culture that emphasizes exceptional customer service and personalized guest experiences
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain loyal customers
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to uphold cleanliness, safety standards, and overall appearance
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles
- Extensive hotel experience with a strong understanding of hotel operations and guest services
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse staff members effectively
- Knowledge of revenue management strategies and budgeting processes in a resort or hotel environment
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication across diverse populations

- Familiarity with front desk systems, multi-line phone systems, night audit procedures, and guest relations management
