What You'll Do
- Identify homes with storm or age-related roof damage through door-to-door outreach and lead generation
- Conduct roof inspections and document potential issues
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and explain the repair or replacement process
- Assist with filing insurance claims when applicable
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
- Use our CRM system (JobNimbus) to manage leads, notes, contracts, and scheduling
- Collaborate with the production and project management team to ensure a smooth install
Who We’re Looking For
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking to homeowners
- Prior roofing or sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training
