We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Worker to ensure the upkeep and proper functioning of our residential properties. This role requires hands-on skills with hand tools and carpentry, along with the ability to perform exterior repairs and maintenance to uphold property standards and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property exteriors and interiors, including carpentry work and minor structural fixes.
- Conduct painting projects, including interior touch-ups and exterior painting to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Carry out exterior repairs such as siding, fencing, or other structural components as needed.
- Assist with landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Manage trash removal and ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with property guidelines.
- Use hand tools effectively for various repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and precision.
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to prevent leaks and improve insulation around windows, doors, and other fixtures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, maintenance painting, and general property upkeep.
