What You’ll Do:
As a Packaging Machine Operator, you’ll take ownership of our wrapping equipment, ensuring products are packaged safely, consistently, and on time. Daily tasks include:
As a Packaging Machine Operator, you’ll take ownership of our wrapping equipment, ensuring products are packaged safely, consistently, and on time. Daily tasks include:
- Setting up and changing over the machine for different products, packaging, and films
- Loading rolls of wrap/film as needed
- Troubleshooting and fixing issues to minimize downtime
- Monitoring labels, lot codes, and best-by dates for accuracy using the Packaging Checklist
- Labeling and boxing finished product in the correct configurations
- Breaking down and cleaning machine parts between flavor changes
- Performing routine cleaning: blowing off crumbs, sweeping, sanitizing work areas, and washing equipment/floors
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude—experience with machinery, troubleshooting, or basic repairs preferred
- Strong attention to detail for labeling, coding, and packaging accuracy
- Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to cross-train and support the team as needed
Schedule:
- Afternoon/Evening shift
- Full-time or part-time hours available
